Rental rates

Weekly rentals:

• april, mai & october: €1.855 per week
• June & September: €2.100 per week
• July–August: €2.800 per week

Special last minute summer-deal : 22-31 august €2.650

Linen & final cleaning: €250 (compulsory)
Tourist tax per person/night: €4
Linen: made-up beds & towel pack (2 towels & 1 bath towel per person)

Minimum stay:

Check-in/out

• Check-in from 5 pm - check-out by 10 am
• Early Check-in or Late Check-out
  • Subject to availability, we can offer extended access to the property:
    • Up to 4 hours before or after the standard check-in/out time: 33% of the nightly rate
    • Up to 8 hours before or after the standard check-in/out time: 66% of the nightly rate
  • This charge takes into account both the additional time the property is used and the need to adjust the schedules of our concierge and cleaning services.
