Rental rates for 2026

Weekly rentals:

• June & September: €2,975.00 per week
• July–August: €3,500.00 per week
• October–December: €1,700.00 per week
• Christmas holidays: €2,100.00 per week

Special last minute summer-deal : €2,625 per week

Linen & final cleaning: €250 (compulsory)

Tourist tax per person/night: €4

Linen: made-up beds & towel pack (2 towels & 1 bath towel per person)

Minimum stay:

• June & September:
  • Minimum 5 nights
  • Nightly rate: see booking calendar
  • Check-in/out possible on any day
• July & August:
  • Minimum 7 nights
  • Check-in/out on Sundays only
• October – 18 December:
  • Minimum 3 nights
  • Nightly rate: see booking calendar
  • Check-in/out possible on any day
• Christmas holidays:
  • Minimum 4 nights
  • Nightly rate: see booking calendar
  • Check-in/out not possible on 24/25 and 31/1

Check-in/out

• Check-in from 5 pm
• Check-out by 10 am

Exceptions may be requested and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
